Sudbury Living Wedding Showcase – After Dark returns to the Caruso Club Jan. 18. This event takes wedding planning to the next level.
Brides and grooms-to-be will get acquainted with more than 40 of the city’s top wedding vendors, all displaying their products and services, all in one place.
The After Dark Edition is back for the second year, after couples responded to the convenient, new Friday night format in a big way. Held from 5 to 9 pm, the show provides a fun, upscale and relaxed evening environment to explore the possibilities with the city’s preferred wedding specialists.
Vendors also appreciate the new format, which allows them to be back in their place of businesses Saturday for follow up with interested clients.
This year, the Sudbury Living Wedding Showcase will highlight wedding planners, photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, brewers, venue options and more with the objective of simplifying the wedding planning process, whether the occasion calls for a gala party close to home or a getaway to a tropical destination.
As a new generation of brides and grooms make their way to the altar, we are seeing many exciting, emerging trends in décor and fashion. Benita Dellelce has brought the latest designs for the bridal party together for an expanded fashion show, presented by Charm Plus. Bottega Mia promises to take you beyond the traditional with fresh, new fashion forward looks from Frank Lyman and JS Collection.
See exclusive options for destination weddings, stunning couture for bridesmaids and mothers of the bride, cruise wear and accessories; everything the bride needs to begin her “happily ever after.” Tip Top Tailors will feature suits and tuxes showcasing the latest colours and cuts but will also offer up to the minute styles for all the activities surrounding the big day. Expect more than a few pleasant surprises.
Prizes will abound at the event including bouquet tosses from Fleur Magiques, a two-night getaway in a suite at Killarney Mountain Lodge, free tux rentals and more.
