When I was in grade school we were not that “every litter bit hurts.” Yet, as I walk to work in the mornings, I am offended by fast food bags, coffee cups, and water bottles on public property, on the sidewalks and on the road.

Most of us are proud of our city, love living with lakes, the great outdoors etc., and many of us care about our environment. So who are the people dumping their food trays on the road?
