This past Christmas was quite busy with private cooking classes and catered special events. As I was planning the many menus I made a little pledge to purchase as many local products as possible.  
It is truly amazing the things I discovered just by changing a routine or two! A new butcher shop offering some of the best smoked meats I have ever had to some really unique pastries and breads from a local bakery.
These little gems are what will make this community thrive as a culinary destination for all!

As we plan the events of Savour Sudbury for the coming year we will do our very best to represent the "local" food scene and all it's offerings.
